The twin brothers joined the Army together in 2000 to get away from the islands and do something different....

Sgt. Alexander Gagalac, 28, who was serving his second combat tour in Iraq with the 25th Infantry Division, was killed Sunday in Al Hawijah when a rocket-propelled grenade hit his Humvee. He was assigned to the 3rd Brigade's 2nd Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment....

However, as part of President (sic) Bush's "surge" campaign, the soldiers' tour was extended for three months.

Well, except for Sgt. Gagalac's, that is. His has now been extended for all eternity. :cry: But now, Gen. BetrayUs tells us that a) the surge isn't really working that well, but b) we have to keep doing it anyway, just because.

My hatred for these vicious warmongers knows no bounds. Like a stubborn forest fire, every time I think I have it under control, a gust like this comes up and whips it over into the next canyon. :grr: :banghead: :nuke:
