5. Anyone given top level security clearance

Is instructed exactly how it is to be used and in what context info is shared based on clearance. There is no ignorance defense. It is impossible not to know. That is the essence of all the types of clearance to regulate the disemination. Andrea Mitchell knows this. By putting this crap forward makes me very suspicious of her.

What she will be counting on, as she has throughout her career, is that in general the public does not know very much about security clearances.

The problem for Ms. Mitchell is that in a trial setting, by definition, the only people in the room to listen to her testimony are riveted on the facts of the matter, and tuned in to a high degree to the nuances and the background facts of what they're being told transpired. And the prosecuting attorney makes very sure the jury is well instructed on what goes into a person getting a top level security clearance, and just what that responsibility entails.
