providing "support" by conducting these interrogations. How much you wanna bet that there are word games going on here and they think that by stating that WE do not torture, they are legally protected from responsibility.

5. They're just changing the definition to suit themselves.

If they decided to start chopping off fingers they would say "It's not torture unless you hack off all 10 digits." Or something like that. But it never gets to that point. They won't tell what they're doing because that's top secret and al Qaida doesn't know we're waterboarding. Be cool, don't tell anybody because that would be helping the enemy.

This is standard behavior for Junior. When faced with his many failures he tries to retroactively change the rules and definitions. What, no WMDs? No problem, just refer to the excuse to invade du jour. Oops, looks like those tax cuts for rich people didn't create the 2.2 million jobs promised by the end of 2004. No problem, just wait till growth and productivity increases finally trigger some meager gains despite the economic train wreck, then say it was the tax cuts that did it.
