24. It's funny because Abe Vigoda has been widely presumed dead for decades.

It started when People mag incorrectly reported his death in 1982. Even when he does die, it won't matter, because so many rumors of his death have been debunked, there'll always be reason for skepticism about such reports. Thus, Vigoda is effectively immortal.

(BTW, he's an actor who played Sal Tessio in "The Godfather," and played Phil Fish on "Barney Miller" and an eponymous spinoff sitcom.)
