This is the KEY to link Iran with Iraq -

A. Qods Force, "extraterritorial actions against enemies of Iran" - the folks giving Iraq weapons.

B. President of Iran, former member, active in that group (a "terrorist").

C. Therefore, they'll loop around again and say, at the very highest level, Iran is providing weapons to Iraqis hostile to US presence.

They're like starving dogs with a bone...they just can't give it up. And then we have the Iranians who insist on having a nuclear program, which is about 100% guarantee that Israel will take it out. Maybe the Iranian president got turned and is a double agent now creating a rationale for attack. That's how stupid this entire affair is. Try as one might, there is little logic from * or his "evil doer" pals. They'd be nothing without each other.

and sanctions and how getting sanctions on a country is hard work because corporations don't want to play along with the sanctions, so, Money Trumps Peace. That is a very loose recounting, but that is basically what he was trying to say.

Like, when Halliburton avoided the sanctions on Iraq and did business with them all the same when Cheney was in charge! Money Trumps Peace!

I don't know that it had much to do with the QODS directly though. I'm just never going to forget that he ever said it. Never.
