NYCers: Con Edison's Offer To Sell Us Wind Power

I'm all for it if it's on the up and up, and willing to pay the approx. $10. more a month. But I don't trust that company any more than I would a rabid rat, so what I'm asking is, is this real or will they finagle a way to sell us electricity for more but be less than circumspect on the green side?

provides oversight into corporate green policies their is no way to be sure, i am sure some companies will use this fact to their advantage.

and we've got mondo wind farms out here and i don't see my PG&E bill going down.
