1. Huh. Orlando Bloom visied the Dalai Lama? I had no idea
he was interested. I thought he was only interested in getting wasted.

4. How weird that multiple sclerosis is 9 on the list
The literature says there are around 300,000 people with it in the country but I know so many people in my small circle with it including myself. I am wondering if the numbers are not really much higher.
As for the rest, sports and celebs I certainly agree it is pathetic.

9. Probably a big portion of that 300,000 have computers
and can't move their legs.

10. Well I can move mine
most of the time. No, I really think there are more people than is admitted in the literature. All beside the point I guess.

7. 20 reasons I don't watch TV news anymore
And I was a news junkie for many many years. McNeal-Lehrer hooked me in the 70's and it's been downhill since about 1980.

#15 Map of the United States -- Learn about geography.
The world stops at the US border. Move along kiddies, nothing to see out there.

12. As a Clevelander, I admit to being partial to
"Cleveland Browns -- Beat the Jets"

and

"Pittsburgh Steelers -- Can't beat the Patriots"

But seriously. Don't be too judgmental. People have always sought information on sex, scandal and sports. And what's so bad about

"Multiple sclerosis -- Gets allopathic treatments"

"Map of the United States -- Learn about geography"

If people are seeking treatments for an agonizing disease or trying to learn geography, well, good.
