3. He presided over a What's My Line my co-author appeared on
He has to be one of the most overstressed people I've ever seen in action.

I hope he's okay.

16. I'll take Bodily Afflictions for 1000, Alex.
Alex: The $1000 answer: "Damage to an area of heart muscle that is deprived of oxygen, usually due to blockage of a diseased coronary artery, typically accompanied by chest pain radiating down one or both arms, the severity of the attack varying with the extent and location of the damage. Also known as a myocardial infarction."

ding!

Alex: Dr. Kevorkian

Dr. K: What's asphyxiation?

Alex: No.

ding!

Alex: Redd...

Redd Foxx: It's the big one! I'm coming, Elizabeth.

Alex: No, it must be in the form of a question.

ding!

Alex: Sean Connery

Connery: What's Trebek's disease?

Alex: You're a small man, Mr. Connery.

Connery: That's not what your mother said.

=================================

Get better soon, Trebek!

19. It just shows the damage one can do with extreme body modifications...
No one really understands the connection between the mustache and the heart.

Get well Mr Trebek!

20. I Will Pray and Hope That Things Turn Out All Right
Alex Trebek is one of the smartest, and wittiest, people ever to host a game show; it shows you how intelligent and adult they can sometimes be. Very dry, wry wit. I will pray, and hope that things turn out well--I also love that game show.
