I Have Seen the Enemy...and It Ain't Nancy Pelosi
On Saturday, I posted this

http://journals.democraticunderground.com/McCamy%20Taylor

Congress will be pilloried in the press for knowing about it a year ago, but not doing anything about it. (By “not doing anything about it”, the press means not holding a loaded gun to the head of a NYT editor and forcing him to run the story before he felt like running it.) So, the public will be left with the impression that politics is a dirty, sordid business, and that Democrats are as corrupt as Republicans---which is exactly what the GOP wants Americans to believe. This fosters voter apathy, which makes people turn off the news and stay home on election day. Low turn out favors the Republican Party, since their base always votes.

On Sunday, we had this:

Pelosi Knew!

Did she buy the nails, too?

Free debate is one thing. Cannibalism is quite another. Unless...could it be that some at DU feel powerless to effect change within the administration so they take out their frustrations where they think that they will be noticed and where their anger will have some effect, constructive or not? This is the reason why domestic violence rises as income disparity rises and why disadvantaged groups tend to commit acts of violence against their own brothers and sisters rather than against their oppressors. It is a natural tendency, but being natural does not make it logical or desirable.

My friends, it is solidarity of labor we want. We do not want to find fault with each other, but to solidify our forces and say to each other: "We must be together; our masters are joined together and we must do the same thing." Mother Jones

1. When Mother Jones says
"our masters are joined together," she's talking about The leadership of both political parties. And when she says "We must be together," she is speaking of the victimized and the oppressed -not about Nancy Pelosi. Sorry but no cigar.

2. those who wished to imprison Speaker Pelosi...
...for crimes against humanity and treason (without any regard for the very American principle of presumption of innocence, rules of evidence and due process) on the basis of one unsourced story catapulted by a news corporation known to push propaganda and lies on us for decades are not just frustrated people.

Some of them aren't Democrats at all. Some of them are actively working to split the Democratic Party. This includes leftys and Republicans alike. Some on the left have been actively working this message board to sow meanspiritedness and rancor.

It's working, Karl. It's working.
