So Giuliani has cancer again?
I mean I don't really think it's anyone's business if he does have cancer.

Republican Giuliani says he does not have cancer

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Republican U.S. presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani, who had prostate cancer in 2000 and was hospitalized last week for a severe headache, said on Monday he does not have cancer.

"I'm perfectly healthy. I don't have cancer," the former New York mayor told U.S. media during a Christmas Eve visit to a shelter in New York's Harlem neighborhood.

Giuliani's battle with prostate cancer prompted him to drop out of the 2000 Senate campaign in New York against Hillary Clinton, a Democratic rival in the 2008 presidential race.

Giuliani was admitted to a Missouri hospital on Wednesday for what his campaign said was flu-like symptoms. He was released on Thursday.

1. Rudy doesn't want pity, but...
...he just wants you to know he doesn't have cancer.

So, don't associate Rudy with cancer.

After all, 9/11.

4. Yes, I understand that cancer is a strange one. It's fatal to his presidential
hopes and dreams.

In this case, not a bad thing. Not a bad thing at all.

6. um. First, there is nothing in the piece that says that he DOES
He was hospitalized in St. Louis for flu-like symptoms.

He likely denied having cancer because having had it before, it would be considered an issue in the election if he did again.

And I have to disagree about it not being anyone's business. He's running for President. No one actively fighting cancer should be taking on the responsibilities of the Presidency, IMO. And I think that if one of the candidates has a potentially fatal disease, it IS the business of the voters. That said, there is no evidence that has been presented publicly that suggests seriously that Giuliani has cancer.

13. IT IS an issue, especially when his running mate is JEB
or some other Republican nutbag that could gum up the works for another 8 years.

8. Disagree: if he did have it, that would definitely be EVERYONE'S BUSINESS.
Part of "being qualified" to hold the Office of President
is showing that you'll likely be healthy enough to do
the job for the next four years.

12. When you go to the doctor complaining about the worst headache of your life,
it's often a brain tumor. Not saying he has one, just sayin'. So I read in the Reader's Digest in my GF's bathroom! I am Joe's Brain Tumor or something.
