Mixed Media DUrus: Best Video/Audio Mixing Software?

I'd like to mix a Clinton appearance to Soft Cell's "http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=tainted+love+soft+cell">Tainted Love," and any advice on best software to mix these media would be appreciated.

1. If you have Windows then MovieMaker is free

I've never used it but many people really seem to enjoy it. I have used both Cyberlink PowerDirector and Pinnacle Studio. Both are very easy to use. PowerDirector is probably a little simpler to learn than Studio but both have a similar interface and I think Studio's effects are nicer (not that you would necessarily want to use all those effects unless you're going for the 1980s cheezy music video look). Either way, both products will easily do what you want.

You might want to contact DUer Perry Logan who produces his own public access show and numerous vids for YouTube. He might have some suggestions.
