1. Some Of Us Already Did...

I got into Euros several years ago and haven't looked back. But it's not all roses. A bunch of the "big shitpile" as Atrios calls it...the unsecured loans that are defaulting were backed up by European banks...and many European banks now have big stakes in the large US lenders.

Now if you want a hedge...Euros aren't a bad risk...or look at Asian currencies and see how they ripple when the dollar does. Or, gold stocks are kicking ass right now...as are gold future...if you have the money to play in that market. They don't call it the gold standard for nothing.
