How is that Shia/Sunni split going to be bridged?

What happens when Muqtada al Sadar has had enough?

How is the goal of freedom and democracy working out in the provinces?

Where do the Sunnis fit in to the new government?

Knocking off Saddam (Sunni) has created an imbalance of power (Shia) in Iraq and greatly strengthened Iran influence over the region.
How is the USA going to deal with this?

With foreign privatization of Iraqi Public Services, allowing foreign multi-national corporations to reap oil profits from their oil fields, and in general the theft of their country by outside private interests, how is this damage done going to be repaired?
In other words, what is the USA's plan for the crucial winning of the "hearts and minds" of the Iraqi people?

I do know one thing.
Until these issues, and more, are all addressed then our men and women will be over there in harm's way for a very long time.
