2. they got it right on the button with the 3/4 interest rate cut
and talking about giving people a bit of money has fixed it
they did such a good job about talking they probably don't even have to cough up the green

The standard line I've seen from business/econ pundits is that things are rocky now and there's a good chance we'll see a full blown recession. As a consequence, the markets will be very volatile for at least the early part of this year.

Such a one day gain is anticipated by this view of things.

So who's claiming things are fine? Nutjobs like Kudlow? Because I haven't seen the claim anywhere.
