They would have tried to get in on tourist visas, and I suspect they would have failed the character check, especially if any of them had criminal convictions in the US. People who are considered to be the sort who'd put the population at risk or engage in criminal behavour are routinely turned around and put on the first plane back to where they came from...

I think it finally dawned on those dingbats that Heath Ledger's funeral will be held here and not in the US, coz they changed their 'press release' to say that they didn't mean to say they were going to picket his funeral - just any memorial services held in the US. Kind of a shame coz I would have loved to see the Phelps morons show up on the next season of Border Security being put on the first flight back to the US...

I live with the fact that acts equal consequences. But if someone were causing shit at my son's or father's or bothers funeral, I would go to prison to defend them. Ultimately that would be the best thing for everyone so I don't feel bad about saying it.
