Apparently that's all gone, too. So sad to kick over the detritus of so many unrealized dreams and failed policies. It almost makes you think that Bush wasn't very serious about all of those initiatives he brought up in his State of the Whatever addresses. But he worked so hard for so many weeks on all of them, or so we're told by the media chuckleheads.
