Why is it the airlines are the sole area of security ?
All I ever hear when it comes to security measures is the airlines . I can't imagine if there was another attack , assuming the 9/11 was true at all , that this attack would be again airliners ? You really have to wonder if this is simply a play on terror rather than something to fear at all . There are thousands of ways to be attacked .

chemical plants, nuke plants, seaports, subways, etc. It's in the paper on a pretty routine basis.

3. Because airport security is visible to the public so that it appears
a) the government is actually doing something and b) we must be afraid, we must be very afraid

4. Actually there is food bioterrorism measures
I work at a food plant and we are required to have some sort of plan for dealing with the security of our food, both incoming ingredients and outgoing product.
