Even though I honestly had not planned on doing this, I guess with a billion people watching its as ... good a time as any, (takes paper out of his suit jacket to read from) so my Fellow Americans, I'm going to take this opportunity, right here and now, to formerly announce my intentions {LOUD MUSIC, Gore looks up with mock surprise.... and they are escorted off the stage. (laughing and slapping each other on the back)
