Do we know what the lady who was thrown out of the Libby trial read or saw?
Was she likely to be on our side or Libby's? Anyone have any clues?

2. One thing I heard from Schuster's reporting on MSNBC
They didn't want the replacement alternate because that person took lots of notes and did some scowling when the defense attorney spoke at one point. So, it's assumed that the first alternate wouldn't be friendly to the defense. It'll be hard to ask for an appeal based on there being one less juror since the defense didn't want the alternate.

I only heard that the juror who was excused saw some news. No specifics were given.

5. Seriously with this kind of High profile case especially dealing
with this administration, why is the jury not sequestered. They are wanting a mistrial.

In this day in age and how dependent our lives are mingled with mass media it is almost next to impossible to not be exposed.

6. Juries HATE to be sequestered, and since you have to tell the
prospective jurors they MAY be sequestered, your jury pool is substantially reduced. I wonder if shejust didn't WANT off this case and used this as a way to do that. The judge reminded them EVERY DAY the one thing they COULDN'T DO was to watch any news broadcases or read newspapers or news magazines during the trial or deliberation. If this lady was so stupid she forgot,it's better for everybody that she's gone. I doubt she forgot, I think she just wanted out.
