4. I Agree
there's too much 'jungle' and 'sand.' I don't think even a lot of well-meaning Americans know that much about the actual physical geography of the earth. I hope I'm wrong.

13. Watch '1 versus 100'. Large chunks of the population get the easiest questions wrong.
I hate to break your hopes but you are not wrong.

Most folks just don't know and don't care to want to know.

3. Sad but true
Although that arrow for Hollywood appears to be pointing more at Ft. Bragg. Is that a Freudian slip, perhaps? ;)

Here there be dragons!! lol

10. No, I meant Fort Bragg CA
It's an ex-military post turned city on the coast of northern CA.

12. Let's opt for Fort Bragg for the following reason

The North Coast Brewing Company is a microbrewery and pub located in Fort Bragg, California. Their best known beers are Red Seal Ale, Scrimshaw Pilsner and Old Rasputin. Several of their beers have won awards and they usually score very well in beer tastings.

7. It may be a sad truth, but...
...I couldn't help but die laughing!

The only thing I expected to see differently was that the US was shown proportionately much bigger than the rest of the world.

8. Nice, but out of proportion
The United States alone should take up about 55% of the map. The United States, Canada and Mexico together should take up about 75% of the map. The rest of the world just isn't significant enough to merit so much space.

17. I had a map like that
It was a shower curtain and this massive land base was right in the center, that being the USA, with the rest of the world at the fringes. The further from the US a country/continent was meant the less surface area it merited on this map no matter the actual size of the country/continent.

14. I would move Iran and Iraq right off the coast of D.C.
After all, if nobody but the goons in the White House find Iran and Iraq a threat to the U.S., then they must be off the coast.

PS- The fact that nobody in the Middle East is worried about Iran and their so-called wmd's, then they are not an actual threat to anyone.

16. Brilliant
It might confuse those who actually use this as their map, but it could be filled in a little more.
