Read down the article a ways and you'll see this...

CNN told the couple's story last week, prompting thousands of angry blog responses and at least two online petitions to boycott the company.

I know that KO has made it his mission this week to get this lawsuit dropped. I didn't see any campaign by CNN against WalMart. I think it's pretty presumptuous of CNN to claim responsibility for WalMart's actions.
