Are the Fed's working for or against the interests of the American people on this one?

Speculation seems divided on this one... .

1. My question also. Was Bloch seriously investigating .....
and they wanted to stop him and the gay discrimination was a scam? Or is he a true homophobe and that is all there is to it? Or is he a homophobe who was also doing a competent investigation?

2. Everybody was blinded by the NC and IN primaries. Election
day news dump bs.

I'm having to go do a little research. But I would say this was totally predictable and just another example of what we're dealing with.

3. It was announced in a sneaky way at a time that insured it would
not get headlines. The reason for the investigation has not been stated. Those facts suggest that it is not a good thing, but then the horror of the Bush years -- the repeated violations of law, ethics and the Constitution -- have caused me to see evil in everything that the Bush administration does.

Could they really be looking to put stray copies of incriminating e-mails into the limbo of ongoing investigations until the administration is out of office. I'll bet Condi had not destroyed the missing e-mails.

Are they trying to put the damaging files of Doan out of the reach of the public until after the election? Probably.

4. Have we reached the pinnacle of the statement presumed to have come
from Rove about reality. Is it possible that we've reached the point where we don't know who the bad guy is. Rovianism rules?

5. It's a good thing
He's hiding records of his investigations of Doan and Rice--won't be accountable even after AG demands it. He's a skunk who used his office to hide political favors and hiring. Now he wants to pretend he was just investigating.

Put him in the dock and sweat him til he drops Rove's name!
