If nothing else, this might highlight gramps' pro-torture stance, as it should. How soon POWs forget?

House Dems call for special council investigation into torture.»

In a letter to Attorney General Michael Mukasey yesterday, 56 House Democrats “urged the Justice Department to appoint a special counsel to examine whether top Bush administration officials may have committed crimes in authorizing the use of harsh interrogation tactics against suspected terrorists.” The lawmakers, including House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-MI), “cited what they said is ‘mounting evidence’ that senior officials personally sanctioned the use of waterboarding and other aggressive tactics against detainees in U.S.-run prisons overseas.”

4. Mukasey answers letter from Democrats.
Judiciary Chair Conyers, Gentleman, Thank you for your concern, there is absolutely No evidence of ANY wrong doing. Nothing the Booo$h Administration or anyone working for the President has done is less than completely lawful, ethical, moral, wonderful and inspiring, basically it would be the same thing that Jesus would do. Thank you, Attorney General Michael Mukasey PS: Hope to see you all at the next Exxon Mobile stockholders meeting.:loveya:
