Did Tim Russert know too much?
We've had everything else about him except a good old DU conspiracy thread!

And why is Bush still lingering in Europe when we have emergencies here? Isn't this just a little too convenient???

but anything but a heart attack never crossed my mind because over the last 7-1/2 years he certainly proved he could keep his mouth shut.

24. A lot of people eat too much and never have a heart attack
And there are many ways to "fake" a heart attack, by causing one with drugs not normally found in postmortem toxicology tests.

Just sayin'...

23. He knew a great deal about the cabal and kept it to himself; that's why he was among Cheney's
favorites. No conspiracy motive in this case, just a bum heart that stopped beating.

25. I myself am wondering why there are no questions
over the exact cause of death. I know they are saying a heart attack, but to me it just seems odd the news media is taking that cause as fact and not asking questions.

27. They did an autopsy the very same day he died.
His Dr. was on MSNBC and answered several questions. IIRC, they could actually see where the plaque broke loose and blocked his artery.

I didn't see anything about the details of a heart attack other than he had a heart attack. No tinfoil just no facts to work with.

37. I just happened to catch it that day.
It surprised me that the autopsy was done so quickly. I haven't heard many details mentioned since then.

Here's a link with some details:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25145431/

snip:
Russert’s physician, Michael Newman, said cholesterol plaque ruptured in an artery, causing sudden coronary thrombosis.

Russert had earlier been diagnosed with asymptomatic coronary artery disease, but it was well-controlled with medication and exercise, and he had performed well on a stress test in late April, Newman said. An autopsy revealed that he also had an enlarged heart, Newman said.
