6. Sorry - I was apparently watching a replay of what he'd said
earlier this morning.

Sometimes my internet feed does that, apparently loses connection for a second then begins replaying what has already been streamed.

Sorry!

10. Boxer was up (Dodd gave her 10 of his minutes )
which was good. Rockefeller was a snooze (I tuned in when he was speaking). I didn't know which way he was going until the end when he supported voting against the amendment.

I think the amendment will be up after lunch (2:00??) which should be interesting (and unfortunately, probably infuriating).
:hi:

2. Of Course he did
Without that immunity Rockefeller will lose that money that the telecoms have been him giving lately. And remember, it's not a bribe if a politician gets money for a decision, it's a campaign contribution!

4. He always enables the neocons.
No surprise that he would do this.

5. Specter on the other hand (I know, I know...)
seems to be supporting Feingold, though I think he also said that he will eventually vote FOR the bill even if it cannot be improved. I watched and he has been quite impressive this morning (and painful to look at, turned again bald by chemo, quite sad... say what you will, but his fighting spirit is admirable).
