McCain was just on my TV grinning like the Cheshire Cat about finally having a pro-American leader of France.

and look what they did to the French. They squandered all that good will and genuine sympathy.

4. I have always felt that BushCo could not have done more to undermine the US if they were paid agents
of some foreign power looking to destroy this country.

5. Yeah. That's the first thing that came to my mind. as well.
Le Monde put it on their front page...so much lost since then, in blood, lives, money and goodwill.

ex Australian Prime Minister (hooray), horrid little man he was/is. He was in DC on Sept 11th and was to address a joint sitting of Congress on the Wednesday. That was cancelled but he sat in the gallery on the Wednesday and was acknowledged. Does that count?
