Will this administrations recent willingness to create a timeline for withdrawal hurt McCain.
Obama championed this idea, McCain was against it, now the Bouche administration is considering it. Will this hurt or help either candidate. I can see McSame claiming that this would signal an Obama presidency would be like another 4 years of Bouche.
