Bunning, Coburn, Graham, Domenici (he pled senility to avoid prosecution and will be gone in January), Dole, Burr, De Mint, Allard, and Vitter.

They're all absolutely dreadful to the point that there is no way to pick out the worst of the bunch.

However, were Jesse Helms still in office, there would be a clear choice. He was definitely in a class by himself and I am delighted that class has since been canceled.
