10. I'm a retired RN and survivor of an alcoholic marriage

and know that he was definitely blotto at the 2006 G-8. It wasn't just the disinhibited behavior, it was the slack jaw, glazed eyes and shuffling gait.

As for this, it could have been early heat exhaustion. Could. Have. Been.

However, his continued neurological deterioration over the past decade has been remarkable and would likely not have occurred had he quit drinking completely.

The prognosis for alcoholics who quit drinking but don't enter a recovery program is grim, no matter how much they claim they love Jesus. They usually just manage to hide the bottles better post conversion.

while he was in Bejing that was PROOF! He was sitting in the stands and one of his dughters was sitting a bit behind and to the right of him. The facial expression and posture proves he was completely toasted! I saw it on a post here on GU, but I've tried to find it and haven't been successful yet.

21. YEP! That's it! The one I saw must have been cropped because the

only people in the pic were he and his daughter, so it was more of a closeup. I've seen a lot of drunks in my lifetime, and IMO, that look is unmistakeable!

I kinda feel sorry for his daughter. She looks like she's thinking "Oh man, this again!"
