David Vitter CAN use campaing funds for legal fees after all...
This is really weird. Babylon Sister posted that he cannot and I heard on the local Shreveport Louisiana evening news that he can. I googled it and found a whole list of "Can and Can't" reports one right after the other. I am going with the USA Today blog post since it indicates that the FEC reversed its decision from yesterday and says he now CAN use the funds.

WTF is wrong with the FEC? :grr:
