I'm going to be a blubbering fool tonight.

I think that even more emotional than some because I live in South Georgia where I am surrounded by deep south racism on a daily basis. My grandmother's brother was in the klan and I've heard all kinds of stories. I was not raised by overt racists but people who had it in their past.

I see around me a lot of criticism of Obama thinly masking racism and nothing more. Sure people are ignorant and would vote for the repuke regardless of who else was running. I cant wait to work to shatter the hate down here through the election. When people will tell me that they wont vote for Obama I want to make them realize (and say it out loud) that they wont do so because they are ignorant racists.
