1. Nope, still dropping here in Northern California.
That said, though, I WISH we had gas prices like yours. Even the cheapest stations are like $3.85 around here.

2. The oil companies are using Gustav as an excuse to raise prices.
Expect more price increases in the next week.

3. Not yet, as of this morning they averaged $3.45-$3.55
That was this morning. It may have changed since then. I'll see on the way home if they have gone up. I'm in North Georgia, just northwest of Atlanta.

I saw one station as low as $3.68/gal for reg.

7. Don't feel bad.
We've been stuck at $4.31 for weeks after a high of $4.44. I'm sure they'll be jacking it back up there.
