6. wow! I knew McCain was hard-headed but
to even think about choosing either of they asses is absurd.
Palin and Stevens are both involved in major scandals. Stevens might even get jail time.
Technically, that makes them both perfect for the ticket.
"Elect McCain! So he can pardon me!"

7. I called that a few months ago. The media will go completely berserk over her.
Five kids with unconventional names, one in the military, one with Down's syndrome, she is an outdoorswoman, was Miss Alaska, was on Vogue magazine cover.... This is still a country taken by celebrity. CNN will go crazy 24x7 with her.

12. You forgot "currently under investigation by the State of Alaska."
Her slogan could be, "Vote McCain/Palin, so President McCain can pardon me!"

11. Just a bit about an investigation into Palin's abuse of power ...
... So, like Sarah's sister married this guy, who was, like, in the National Guard, or a state trooper, or whatever, and he was like mean to her and so, like Sarah told the guys boss and everything to fire him and such as.

But, when he didn't Sarah was all, "Oh no you di'in't I'm the governor and such as! Like!"

So, then they had to investigate and everything.

14. A 'puke getting into power and then wielding that power like a cudgel to bludgeon a relative?
I just cannot believe it.

18. Bludgeon not a relative, but the former BIL.
But, you got the "wielding power" part right.

After all, she's a GOP.

15. I haven't been able to find any Palin debate clips on YouTube. Just some speechifying and
appearances in various panel discussions.

Can she debate, and can Joe Biden beat her up while still looking like a gentleman?

16. Did she not say that she liked Obama's energy plan a few weeks back?
It seems to me that there was some discussion over this - I'm fairly confident that it was her. Can someone lead me in the right direction on this?

23. Airhead Barbie doll as VP
When I sent my die-hard Republican friend my satirical "Why I am Voting Republican" email,he replied as follows:

"If you vote for R. you can see the airhead Barbie doll as VP..."

It doesn't look like she is earning the respect of all of the party faithful.

I must admit the Moose lady is kinda cute at times, as long as she keeps her mouth shut.
