A caller on Washington Journal
Just moments ago declared that "all the CEOs" in charge of all of the failed companies on Wall Street are Democrats, and all of their donations have been to Democrats. That's why Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid won't hold any hearings; because this would all come out.

"Where do you get your information?" asked the moderator.

"Excuse me," gasped the caller. "I think that it's pretty well out there."

Well, it's pretty out there, you crazy Republican drone. Waaaaay out there.

9. It's hilarious watching Harvey Pitt claim
that all these problems are oh so recent and have nothing to do with his tenure.

A Rethug just asked him if he got all his money - Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

7. Here in Charlotte
The two big banks, Bank of America and Wachovia, are now headed by Republicans. At Wachovia, the Republican CEO who was forced to resign was replaced by Bob Steele, who came directly from the Bush administration.

Used to be that the two big banks were headed by guys who were heavily involved in the community, and who were Democrats. That was several years ago. Not so anymore....

11. The New Rovian Talking Point
The fun of WJ is hearing the latest spin that's gotten around in emails and on hate radio.

Camp Gramps has launched a misinformation game, again, trying to turn a negative into an attack point. The latest spin is that Obama has also taken lots of Wall Street money. They threw around skewed numbers that is being picked up by the corporate media...all to muddy the waters here.

Remember, these are the same people who thought Fannie Mae was a box of bon-bons...and now are automatic economic expertts. Also, they're looking for still another "escape hatch"...a big part of the Repugnican game of total denial and hypocrisy that is playing out so loudly this election year.

Cheers...

12. You assert, you PROVE, caller.
It's funny how that rule only seems to apply to us, while freepers can yell obscenities or respond like this joker did and that ends that and everyone agrees with them. :eyes:

There's a reason their listeners are the most misinformed people in the world.
