Tune in tomorrow. I suck at prediction, so I wonder if the markets will go up, or crash tomorrow because of McCain-led GOP antics? And why in the hell is he always in the news? I guess crazy is more fun to cover. I really wanted to hear more about Obama after a very long day at work.

11. No...I didn't mean it as a joke...

but isn't that what they do when the market starts to tank? I admit to being totally ignorant about how all this works. It was my impression that the reason for the urgency of the government doing something was to free up the market, so that the money still goes around and doesn't freeze up to a dead stop. And maybe to restore some confidence that the next stop is not necessarily the bottom.

To price in an Obama win. After McCain's batshit-crazy last two weeks, I think the markets will quietly write him off and start getting used to a President Obama. He is looking more and more like Daddy in 'Keeping Up Appearances'. Maybe he can stand out in front of the White House and they will let him blow his bugle at the turrurrists.
