Boehner's big lie.

Yesterday he said that Pelosi's statement caused his tenous GOP coalition to "go south." Yet, nobody has been able to produce even one name of anybody who changed his/her vote on the bailout due to anything Pelosi said. Nobody "went south." Several Repubs have admitted it already. Boehner lied, pure and simple, probably to deflect blame away from his own ineptitude as minority leader.

He's just passing the blame for his own failures, in true Repuke style. He's the leader of his party in the House but couldn't deliver the votes for his president.
