What outlet mall does CNBC get its analysts from?

After the big plunge of 700 earlier this week, one of them predicted a 1,000 point rally by the end of the week.
And today, there they are saying this is the bottom (again - it's like the 20th bottom in the last month) for stocks.
Maybe the "C" in CNBC means "comedy".

have done so every day since the DOW was at 12,900.
