White Supremacist Sentenced In Gay Man’s Murder
(In a Palin/McCain administration, this guy would receive a Presidential pardon)

Jim Burroway
October 10th, 2008

White supremacist Darrell Lynn Madden was http://www.newsok.com/white-supremacist-gets-life-without-parole/article/3309296">sentenced to four life terms in Oklahoma City yesterday for kidnapping and killing a gay man as an initiation into the United Aryan Brotherhood.

According to prosecutors, Madden and and another man, Bradley Qualls, killed Steven Domer as an initiation into the white supremacist group. Madden then killed Qualls ten days later in order to keep him from talking about the crime.

Steven Domer was last seen on October 26, 2007, http://newsok.com/article/3173170/1195979764">near a car wash. A witness saw Steven talking to two men who matched the description of Madden and Qualls. Steven’s burned car was found the next day near Madden’s home and his body was found a little more than a week later in a ravine. Police question Madden’s roommate, who said he heard Madden and another man describing a fight with someone who “wouldn’t even fight back.”

Madden did not face a hate crime charge because sexual orientation is not covered under Oklahoma law.

He's gone forever. Let him languish for a long time among his brethren in the slammer.

Good.

I can see how hanging this guy's head out as an example of what will happen to these FRINGE ELEMENTS could be a good thing.

Wow.

Just wow.

I can't believe I am saying that.

6. Nice eyebrows, Hitler!
Four life terms? Oklahoma doesn't have the death penalty?

(Not necessarily advocating for the death penalty, but I wouldn't cry if this piece of shit was somehow removed from the planet.)

8. Throw away the fugging key
Enjoy your four live sentences you animal. If initiation for the Aryan brotherhood requires murder, why isn't that group outlawed?

10. I would say that he's passed his initiation
From what I understand most of the AB's members are already in prison. Its a prison-based gang and the outside members are pretty much big-time meth dealers, on their way to becoming a number.

12. That's interesting. I had no idea that they were primarily a prison-based gang.

13. Yeah
...supposedly Manson had begged them for protection once. They said no, claiming that one of their so-called "rules" was that you aren't allowed to kill women and children, citing then pregnant Sharon Tate as their reasoning.

I think it was some A&E documentary.

20. Correction-it was a series of documentaries from the History Channel
Called "Gangland."

It covered AB, Hell's Angels, Black P. Stone Rangers (Al Rukns), Mexican Mafia, Vice Lords, and MS-13. Like the AB, the Mexican Mafia is prison-based.

That guy is the very definition of a terrorist. Those white supremacist organizations need to be dealt with exactly as we deal with Al Qaeda.

THE CRIME:

Man charged in S. Carolina gay slaying

Friday, May 18, 2007 / 04:43 PM
Sean Kennedy, 20, dies of head injuries after being punched outside a Greenville, S.C. bar; deputies say he was targeted over his sexuality.

An 18-year-old has been charged with murder in the death Wednesday of a gay Greenville, S.C., man who suffered fatal injuries after being punched in the face outside a bar that was having a "Teen Night."

Investigators believe Sean Kennedy, 20, was targeted because of his sexual orientation, the Greenville News reported Friday. Kennedy's friends told authorities he was openly gay.

Stephen Andrew Moller, 18, is charged in the killing and being held without bail.

THE PUNISHMENT:

Man Pleads Guilty In 2007 Death Of Gay Man
Stephen Moller Sentenced To 3 Years For Manslaughter

POSTED: 9:36 am EDT June 11, 2008
UPDATED: 4:49 pm EDT June 11, 2008

The man charged in the death of a gay man outside a Greenville County nightclub last year has been sentenced to three years in prison. (snip)

Moller was originally charged with murder in the case. However, in November 2007 a Greenville County grand jury handed down an indictment for a reduced charge of involuntary manslaughter against Moller. (snip)

Moller appeared in a Greenville County courtroom on Wednesday afternoon where he pleaded guilty to the manslaughter charge.

Judge Ned Miller sentenced Moller to five years in prison, but suspended his sentence to three years with credit for the seven months in prison he has already served. The judge also ordered Moller to attend both anger management and drug/alcohol management classes. (more at link)
