Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaah - Bill Krystol is stark raving mad
He is attempting to defend 'democratic capitalism' on Hardtalk on BBC International.
He is getting his clock cleaned by Stephen Sackur on BBC International.
He is now defending Sarah Palin's selection as VP. He says he has confidence that she would be a good President if it was required.

4. He refuses to concede that the conservative movement
just died. He will not accept democratic socialism. None of this mess has anything to do with deregulation.

12. Why do you hate Tonga?
What have the Tongonese ever done to you?

From Wikipedia: "The islands are also known as the Friendly Islands because of the friendly reception accorded to Captain Cook on his first visit in 1773. He happened to arrive at the time of the ʻinasi' festival, the yearly donation of the first fruits to the Tu'i Tonga, the islands' paramount chief, and was invited to the festivities. According to the writer William Mariner, in reality the chiefs had wanted to kill Cook during the gathering, but had been unable to agree on a plan."

I say he's our problem ... stuff his lame ass into a rocket and exile him to the moon.

2. I get the feeling that when our pundits go up against pundits from another country...
...they usually get their clocks cleaned. I've only seen a few of those types of interviews, but the American pundit usually gets clowned on.

11. Yes he has,
Broken clocks are right more often than Bill. It's a mystery why anyone values his opinion on anything.

15. My guess is Kristol dialed the wrong number
He was hoping for some hard talk, and got Hardtalk. He then went back to default doofus pundit mode, and wound up getting his ass handed to him because the rules are different on BBC.

16. Not crazy, and not stupid.
Just very comfortable, and willing to lie his pampered ass off in order to preserve the status quo.
