Wingnut Protestor's Upside Down Flag Stolen
A Pulaski Township man who was protesting the election of Barack Obama by flying his American flag upside down is upset after someone stole it.

Larry DeBaker decided to fly his flag upside down because he says he's worried about the country's direction.

"I had my doubt on whether it was right or wrong, you know, but through the experience of it all, I'm sorry as an American I find that it's crazy that if you express your opinion," he said.

He says he's got phone calls from dozens of people who are both for and against his protest.

"I think it's disrespectful to the flag and to the country – I think he could have found a better way to protest if he wanted to,' an area resident tells KDKA.

DeBaker says his protest was not meant to be unpatriotic. He says he will be put up another flag upside down.

1. That's funny, I just righted my US flag. I was on my car.

It takes a lot of nerve to fly a huge flag on a pole upside down. my flag is about 3"x4" on the inside of my window and I only put it there after the Iraq invasion.
I think there is a difference.
