How to bring the greatest country on earth and history to its knees;
Edited on Thu Nov-27-08 03:29 PM by ooglymoogly
Unbridled criminal capitalism.

How to destroy the greatest democracy our forefathers brought forth on this earth;

Not prosecuting the criminals that perpetrated this the biggest theft of wealth from the middle to the robber barons in history.

Bringing these thugs to justice and giving this democracy a semblance of a chance....priceless

1. The last one is the most important
If we do not prosecute them, this will happen again. Next time we will not be able to recover.

4. We repeat this monstrosity of having our pockets picked every 20 years or so
and never learn to put the criminals in jail, but leave them to grow stronger with each blatent heist.

3. We're too worried about thugs in baggy pants using guns to rob us.
We ought to be more worried about thugs in suits using computers to rob us.

7. I can protect myself from the thugs in baggy pants.
I can't protect myself from these criminals.
Who is going to prosecute them?

Didn't these criminals just put Joe Lieberman back in charge?

Senator Lieberman is Chairman and former Ranking Member of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which is responsible for oversight of the Department of Homeland Security and assuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Federal Government.

Thanks. I'll sleep comfortably knowing that Lieberman is watching out for me.
Thanks, Democrats!
:rofl:

10. Don't forget the war on drugs
How much money has been spent on that failed policy. People going to jail for life on 3 strikes you're out for an oz of pot.

11. Imo the war on drugs has been a boondoggle for power and money
redounding mainly to the pugs and their enablers. It has been the model for controlling we the people if we get to uppity.

5. Let's not forget
in the thanksgiving mood that the "greatest country on earth and history" was a nation of thieves and liers and murderers to begin with. Just like Rome.

6. The people who helped set this up
Edited on Thu Nov-27-08 03:45 PM by truedelphi
Will be "helping" Obama run the store.

I have no patience with his appointments of Rubin and Geithner.

Can someone get some info to our new President?

8. You think our new Prez. does not know ????????
If you and I can figure this out with 5 minutes of Wiki, of course he knows.
Now let's see what he is going to do with what he knows.

I am betting he knows there are very very very powerful men with incredible amounts of money and power they wish to preserve, and who can be placated for awhile if he does not appear to be planning any serious changes that would rock the greedy boat.
So by choosing people who seem non-threatening to the status quo,
maybe he keps a lower profile until after Jan. 20.

Don't these Cabinet postions serve at the pleasure of the President?
