Bush must have a Nintendo Wii Fit
that's where he got those mean shoe dodging skills. It comes with a game where you bounce soccer balls off your head. Every 5th or 6th throw is a shoe instead of a ball. On another note he was greeted as a liberator, they just threw shoes instead of flowers.
