Poll question: Why is the GOP-controlled media obsessing over Caroline Kennedy?

The GOP-controlled media have been pushing this for days now!

It's almost like they don't want to talk about anything else (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=389&topic_id=4658565&mesg_id=4658565)!

But, seriously, why the hell can 't the GOP-controlled media talk about anything else?

A. the GOP-controlled media love talking about the Clintons and they love talking about the Kennedys. Bleating on and on about whether Caroline Kennedy will replace Hillary Clinton is a gold mine to them.

B. the GOP-controlled media isn't just talking about Clinton's Senate seat, they're also talking about Blagojevich

C. because the GOP-controlled media don't want to bite the hands that fondle feed them (their GOP party masters)

D. everyone in the GOP-controlled media has a rare form of Tourette's that causes them to say "Clinton" instead of an obscenity; they cannot help but talk about the Clintons

E. I blame The Clenis™

Really, there's so much about it on DU, that to blame it on 'GOP-controlled' media is laughable. 'A' and 'B' apply to this site too.
