Franken is gaining ground fast today.
At 11:30 Coleman was 246 votes ahead, but Franken was projected to win by 251.

As of 12:40 Coleman is 167 votes ahead, and Franken is projected to win by 225.

Look for continued move in this direction as remaining votes are Coleman challenges.

But be aware, that the votes where the campaigns lifted their challenges still need to be added to the tally, and the absentee ballot issue is not resolved.

2. That decscion was baffling, but I been watching the board do its work
and they have been non-partisan and fair with complete transparency. Quite a difference from the Florida fiasco.

7. They've counted most absentee ballots, but there is a case before
the MN Supreme Court about some ballots that were not counted.

23. Bad MN Supreme Court
well 3 of the 5 anyway.

So, looks like the (valid) absentee votes that Franken wanted counted now WON'T BE !

Well, unless Coleman's goons agree to it, which they won't.

So it boils down to Franken's numbers late tomorrow holding ( he'll most definitely be up by a hundred or so ). Coleman will go to court on that original/duplicate issue, but maybe that number will be UNDER Franken's win margin, making it a moot point ?

I say throw it to the new DEM Senate to make the final call !
