Damned if I don't feel better already
Our electric bill for the month of December '08 is one dollar. Aep-pso has a monthly bill averaging program and I suppose that is where that all came from. IIRC last june I they raised our bill to the tune of almost 20 buxs a month because of the high fuel cost and this bill removes that surcharge too. :woohoo:

I know we over paid all year and they were using our money for free and all that but it is good to know that they are showing an attempt to do what is right, otherwise we would more that likely never have known the difference.

....from a power company I was using BACK IN 1978! $143 ! A rebate after 30 yrs? I'm not even sure what it was for, but I cashed the check anyway. Delayed justice?

2. That is amazing
I'm looking at a bill here in front of me now for my years lease on an oxygen bottle that I paid a 50 bux deposit that was to be returned to me after a few years, don't remember now as its been so long ago, 40 some odd years ago and I've never gotten that deposit back and the last time I asked about it I was told that they had no record of my original agreement as the company has sold several times back through the years so no you can't have your deposit back. Oklahoma has some crazy ass laws concerning acetylene and oxygen bottles.
