I've seen places flooding here today that just can't possibly flood. It's as if all the snow and ice clogged the storm drains. I'm a photojournalist and I'm hearing scanner calls about mudslides. I know I need the shots but to steal from a pretty good song, "baby it's cold outside".

4. I read where you had record snowfall but

didn't hear anything about flooding and slides! We've had our share of mudslides here and they're awful. They seem to catch people completely off guard.

Boy I don't miss the sloppy, slushy mess..one bit..

My neighbor got a $75 ticket for "agressive snow removal"..

She had spent an hour shoveling her car out, so she could take her kids to school, and when she went in to get them the snow plow came flying down our street, THROWING chunks of ice & snow all across the bottom of her frshly shoveled drive..blocking her in..

she came out..pissed as hell and started picking it up and tossing it back into the street..by the curb.. the plow driver made a u-turn at the bottom of the hill and as he came back up our street he saw her, and told her to stop it.. she thre some at HIM, and he gave her a ticket..
