Thain spent $2000 on a garbage can, but not on my dime and not when thousands of employees are being laid off. The guy is an ass and I'm glad he was fired.

3. Bank Of America OWES Me $7,000.00 For A Fraudulent Account

balance that has existed for over TWO years!!! They admit it's fraudulent but keep finding ways of not paying me!

I was told to keep on making payments (AND I DID) and they would get it figured out. I stopped paying and then they decided I was a delinquent account! I recently was told they WILL pay me soon, about a month ago, but am STILL waiting!!! I hired a lawyer and he never got anywhere either for over 18 months! By my way of thinking THEY OWE ME all that I paid PLUS INTEREST!!

I've been extremely "hot" lately about this and told them it's TIME to pay up.... THEY HAVE ALL THEY MONEY and the rest of us are getting SCREWED! And especially me since they admitted they owed me... in writing too!

SHOW ME THE MONEY... that's what I want!!!

6. Did you ask your state representative to ask them about it?

When my bank account was closed for no reason, I got my state assemblyman to give them a call...got my account back, plus interest, plus a letter of apology.

They don't want government pissed at them just now. Call your reps and light a fire under THEM.

Still I wonder if MY Rep will do anything!! He's Vern Buchanan from Sarasota County! Not a friendly man, but I think I WILL tell Bank of America I'm going to call him for help! It just might do the trick!!
