Putin smacks down bush lover Michael Dell.
Seems like Dell likes to put his foot in his mouth again. I wouldn't even accept a Dell as a gift.

Dude, Russia's not getting a Dell. That's a polite version of what Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Russia's testy KGB agent turned autocrat, told Michael Dell in Davos. Dell's sin? After Putin delivered a fiery 40-minute sermon about the doom of the West, Dell asked if there was any way his company could help Russia with its computers. Yes, he gave a tacky sales pitch at the high-minded World Economic Forum. But he didn't deserve the tongue-lashing Putin gave him next, as reported by Fortune: "We don't need help. We are not invalids. We don't have limited mental capacity."

Ouch! That's almost as bad as the time someone asked Dell what he'd do if he ran Apple, and he said he'd shut it down and return the money to shareholders. Apple is now worth four times as much as Dell's company.

3. Putin has journalists killed if they disagree with him
He should be forced to use TWO Dells, both with Vista, so they are guaranteed to crash.

5. I hate Dell
That made my day after the last month that I have dealt with Dell over the phone. I spent 45 min the other day, 2:00 pm my time being tossed from one department to another when the lady promised me the next person would be the right person. Guess what? They were closed for the day...I had to start all over and go through all the info needed again and was told they were closed in India. I bought a computer that would not work and was charged a re=stocking fee. Then they told me I should not have bought a computer on line but at a store so it was all my fault. I hate this company and will never buy another dell product again. Re-stocking fee for something that was their fault! Walter, yeah right told me that.

10. Putin is a thug
Why are you defending Putin? Bush was a thug, but so is Putin. And Putin is still in charge--he may be for a long time to come, dogging Obama.

11. Didn't say he wasn't. But M Dell deserved the smack down. He was
condescending to Putin and the Russian people. If you want to do business with someone, don't treat them like children.
