I was born on the 7th of November

After 42 years of smoking,

I quit last December - happened to be the 7th

and YEAH - I notice a big difference

not to rag on for long

someone make it a 7

don't worry - I've given up the smoking habit for life now

I was never a heavy smoker - always less than a pack a day

But the last few years I disliked the smell of the ashtray in my truck, my coats in the winter time - -

and well yeah - the expense

How did I do it? -

I made a schedule - nothing written - ok - only one per hour

then one every two hours - and so on

Took me less than two months

No meds

no patches

I believe what I've read over and over for the last decade or two

It don't matter WHAT method you use to quit . .

You just have to REALLY want to quit
