The daughter of one of my employees recently did some time in the studio with Tom Hamilton (from Areosmith) to record her first original song. Could you give it a listen and maybe pass it on to the younger generation (14 year old original artist here) people in your life for a listen?

I'm sure she would love some extra hits and a few nice words too.

We've (group of friends) an informal "New Artist" contest....everyone wants to be the "first" to know of an up and comer.

13. The music and her voice do not go well together.

Her voice is good and the music is good, she just needs to choose a style that complements her voice. She has a lot of potential.

14. As I understand it, they did it in one take

and she was not playing all the music herself. I thought it sounded a bit tin canish, but how many of us get this kind of opportunity in the first place? I thought is was interesting non the less, that she wrote it and got Hamilton's attention enough to have him pay for her studio time.
